I 've been teaching myself marketing in hopes to get my staging off the ground to great heights. Helping a home owner sell their house so they can move on in their life.

Staging is an art form that allows vision for the buyer also appealing to the emotions of a life style. It also can introduce a moment that they themselves have forgotten was so important to them. When I'm staging I'm highlighting all the good features of a house which can become a home. There are things I see that the ordinary eye does not get unless it is given attention to or a distraction that also needs attention to. Nothing says buy me more than luxury with style at an affordable price. This brings in multiple offers for the homeowner which can drive the price up.

This house had clutter on the deck under the deck. We needed to organize and define spaces so it did not detract from the home.

If you notice the home owner has made changes on the railing going up to the door. The biggest change is the paving in the drive way also the brick work. This is a very clean and inviting look.

A person can be selling anytime of the year. There has to be a connection of some kind to the buyer. Imagine yourself checking into a hotel. The first thing that can be a turn off is the bedding. Second the furniture in the room and don't forget the lighting.

The following pictures show how different stages came about. Reusing the home owner's wall hanging. We did change window covers from white using material the home owner already had.

The small windows on either side of fireplace now stand out plus the wall hanging introduces the height of the ceiling. It is the attention to detail that helps to sell a home faster. Plus the benefits of the buyer purchasing the home.

This is the same area of the bedroom. Reusing what the home owner had we were able to put together a clutter free area. This also made for a less stressful start to her day.

This is a very common problem not enough storage to put things away. First we went through everything making separate piles labeling keep,and give away.

Entrance Decorating

This entrance had the floor tiled and walls painted over a weekend. There was not enough tile so the home owner had some tile left over from previous jobs. We created a design using the tiles to complete the floor design. The entrance continues into the kitchen so we had to create a defined area. The entrance wall also continues down the stair well.

The colour used on the wall is a Tabby Grey from the CIL collection in a pearl. Later the murial was added after a 24 hour drying period.
