Hi Sandra Love what you did. We sure could use your help-
ful ideas for a project that is about to start from a settlement
which ended up in divorce. The property is a beach cottage on the water
with alot of mould. We may be able to save some of it. The budget is very
very limited. Lots of ripping out and gutting. Big job! Have I got your
interest?? I'm helping to clean it up. There will be a garage sale in the future.

- We changed the window
- Put in a new rod iron railing
- Painted the wall a charcoal to camouflage the fuse box.

Stair railing
After many discussions on how we were going to finish this railing. I finally won after finding the fine of the month. This old rod iron railing was being thrown out when I brought it home to Bob. Luckily we were on the same page with this one. I think he did a wonderful job and love looking at this end of the house, also coming home opening the door gives me a sense of satisfaction no matter how the day has gone.

Hi everyone
I 've been teaching myself marketing in hopes to get my staging off the ground to great heights. Helping a home owner sell their house so they can move on in their life.
Staging is an art form that allows vision for the buyer also appealing to the emotions of a life style. It also can introduce a moment that they themselves have forgotten was so important to them. When I'm staging I'm highlighting all the good features of a house which can become a home. There are things I see that the ordinary eye does not get unless it is given attention to or a distraction that also needs attention to. Nothing says buy me more than luxury with style at an affordable price. This brings in multiple offers for the homeowner which can drive the price up.
